APPLICATION FORM:

Prospectus along with application form can be obtained from the Janardan Rai Nagar Vidyapeeth Department of Physiotherapy, Dabok on payment of `2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) in cash and `2200/- through a crossed demand draft in favour of Principal, College of Physiotherapy, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University payable at Udaipur (Raj.).

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTIONS

English shall be the medium of instruction for all the subjects of study and for examination of the course.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION :

  • He/She has passed the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) recognized by any recognized University with minimum pass marks (50%).
  • He/She has to furnish, at the time of submission of the application form, a certificate of physical fitness from a registered medical practitioner and two references from persons other than relatives testifying to satisfactory general character.
  • Admission to the Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) course shall be made on the basis of eligibility and an entrance test conducted at the State/University level. No candidate will be admitted on any ground unless he/she has appeared in the admission test and interview.
  • The entrance test shall be conducted by the University/State Government as per the prescribed syllabus.
  • Successful candidates based on the written test will be called for an interview before an interview board. The board will include the Head of the Department of Physiotherapy (Chairman of the Board) and other members as per the policy of the Institute/University. The recommendations of the board shall be final for the selection of students.
  • During subsequent counseling sessions, seats will be allotted according to the candidate's merit and the availability of seats on the respective counseling date.
  • Candidates who fail to attend the Medical Examination/Physical Fitness assessment on the notified date(s) shall forfeit their claim for admission.

Selected candidates must submit the following documents at time of admission:

  • An original marks sheets of all the years of B.P.T.(Bachelor of Physiotherapy).
  • An original Certificate of Secondary & Senior Secondary Examination and Original Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate.
  • Original Migration Certificate.
  • Original Internship Completion, Course Completion
  • Original Provisional Degree Certificate / Degree Certificate.
  • A certificate of Physical Fitness from a registered Medical Practitioner.
  • A declaration by the students that he is not engaged in any other occupation/not studying in any other institution.
  • Passport and stamp size photographs 04 nos. each.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Fees once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances and are subject to modification by the University/Institute.
  • Hostel caution money shall be refundable six months after vacating the hostel accommodation, subject to the submission of a No Dues Certificate and the original fee receipt.
  • Each student shall pay the University examination fee as prescribed by the University from time to time.
  • In case of discontinuation or transfer, the student shall deposit the complete fee for the entire course. Failing this, the Department/University shall neither issue the No Objection Certificate (NOC) nor refund the caution money.
  • Failure to pay the term fees before the stipulated due date shall attract a penalty as per the University rules.
  • In addition to the prescribed tuition fees, every student shall pay the University examination fees and any other applicable charges as prescribed by the University.
  • If a student undertakes MPT research work or BPT internship outside the Department, the applicable fees and related expenses shall be borne by the student.
