Selected candidates must submit the following documents at time of admission:

  • An original marks sheets of all the years of B.P.T.(Bachelor of Physiotherapy).
  • An original Certificate of Secondary & Senior Secondary Examination and Original Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate.
  • Original Migration Certificate.
  • Original Internship Completion, Course Completion
  • Original Provisional Degree Certificate / Degree Certificate.
  • A certificate of Physical Fitness from a registered Medical Practitioner.
  • A declaration by the students that he is not engaged in any other occupation/not studying in any other institution.
  • Passport and stamp size photographs 04 nos. each.

RULES & REGULATIONS



  •  Fees once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances and is subject to modification.




  •  Hostel caution money is refundable 6 months after leaving hostel accommodation and submission of no dues certificate and original receipt.




  •  Each student shall pay examination fee for the University Examination as prescribed by the University.




  • In case of discontinuation / transfer the student shall deposit the complete fee of the entire course, otherwise department / university will neither issue the NOC nor refund the caution money.




  • Failure to pay the term fees before the stipulated date shall invite penalty.



    • In addition to the prescribed fees each student have to pay examination and other fees of the University.



    If student doing MPT research work or BPT Internship from outside the department fee will be paid by student.
